1. Power stop finishes with a Rip & Go—2 dribbles versus dummy pad.

  • • Exchange spots—middle penetration
  • • Low movement—middle and lane penetration

2. Power stop finishes against a closeout—-2 dribbles versus dummy pad.

  • • Wing kickout—-middle and baseline penetration
  • • Kickback—-middle penetration
  • • Kickup—-middle penetration

3. Power zone skip & trail passes to 3pt shot.

  • • V-cut sweeps—-baseline and middle penetration
  • • Rip & Go—-middle and lane penetration

Quick Zone

1. Rip & Go ‘Drop layups’ vs. overplay

2. Rip & Go ‘Kickups’ vs. underplay
